There’s a big difference between healthy growth and whatever the fuck 2020 was. Will there be another boom? Probably. Will this boom 5x prices in a span of 6 months, as it wasin 2020 and a Base charizard in PSA 10 will suddenly cost 50k? I doubt it.

The 2020 boom happened because people were stuck at home, there was a supply shortage, and a money surplus (stimy checks).
That will 99% not happen again. Pokémon previously had a nice growth over time, a long time

A “boom” can certainly happen again, but the chances of it happening on a 2020 scale are as close to zero as you can possibly get.
I also think it’s funny how some people equate “growth” to “modern reverse holos 100-xing.”
You all said the same thing in 2017. It’s okay but let be real this forum tends to be overly cautious about growth. If you seriously think a boom can’t happen again for the number 1 ip why are you all even here lol. Focus on something else please and save your time and money.
This is your 3rd post and you joined today, but can speak to how this fourum thinks. Also, coming in guns blazing knocking down our members, saying their thoughts are stupid and they shouldn’t be in the hobby.
I think you should take a step back and think about what you are trying to accomplish.
