That site is pretty inaccurate. Multiple listings that ended with no sale are counted as sold with inflated prices. Key listings are also missing altogether.
Example:
$30k Charizard
It’s actually very accurate and we appreciate the work that goes into it. Of course a few things are off but most of us know how to overlook those things.
