Hope everyone is having a great Monday! Hoping to get some traction on this as I’ve looked everywhere for information and can’t find a solid answer so wanted to look to the experts!

Recently have acquired a mint 2004 worlds player set and (as of today) will be adding a “Top Sixteen” to the purchase. With such limited pop reports on these (Top 16 is a Pop 4) what would you estimate the value of these in grades 9-10? I know this is a loaded question and just speculation but what would you all value these at? In addition, have you ever had a situation where there are no “comps” for a card because of low pops and how did you decide on value?
