Neat!

Im curious, what does the “Meadow” on the pedigree mean?

*edit, its to clarify whether its the language exclusive variant, or the standard “Elegant” variant!

POP 17. What I love about this card is that it looks so natural, despite knowing Clefairy as a normal type.

Only 1,000 of each card were produced, and fewer than 150 of each have been graded by CGC and PSA combined.

And the last one…

I’m glad I was able to add this very rare reverse holo so quickly after I started looking for one. The Icy Snow Vivillon was a Russian-exclusive pattern. The reverse holo version seems to be even harder to find than the holo version, which was already nearly impossible to track down. There are only 2 PSA 8 copies registered, and 2 CGC copies. The only PSA 6 registered was this copy, which has since been cross-graded. It’s a pop 4 overall (correct me if I’m wrong!). I’ve only seen a few raw copies (fewer than 10).

So why did I get interested in this card? Not just because it’s extremely rare, but also because it has a personal history for me. Before collecting cards, I was a big Pokémon collector in the video games. I had a lot of really rare Pokémon (Korean distributions, Japanese ones, etc.), and I was very active in trading and collecting groups. Back during the Omega Ruby era, Vivillon patterns were extremely sought after in the games because they were regional as well. The rarest one was the Sandstorm pattern, which could only be obtained in the Middle East… and the shiny versions were on a whole other level. That Vivillon was basically the star of the online trading system, and I managed to collect them all.

When I realized there was the same concept in the cards, it really made me want to go “hunting” for them again, just like I used to back then :star_struck: In short, I absolutely love this concept, and it’s very nostalgic for me.

Awesome! But they misgraded your reverse holo Vivillon  so it’s not in the pop report.. (even if technically it is, since the other PSA 6 has been cross graded and is still in the pop report lol)

Oh yeah I didn’t even notice that lol

Posting this pop 4 before it’s officially sold. Didn’t think I would miss it as much as I do
