Here is a tiny one but i like it. Some copies of Team Rocket Dark Slowbro Holo 12/82 have a black ink dot. I’ve never seen this one mentioned.

From English Sun and Moon we have a few Umbreon GX 142/149 with a small repeating pink printer hickey on Umbreon’s pot belly just a few mm’s under the “o” in “of”.

Some Vanillish 32/99 from English Next destinies have a red dot that varies in severity on the top border above “HP”.

Printer hickeys on textured cards are very rare but a few copies of Black Kyurem ex 218/191 from Surging Sparks have one. It varies in severity and shape but has the trademark distinct border of a printer hickey that black ink dots lack.

Cinccino from the Radiant Collection of Legendary Treasures (RC19) had an uncorrected error. Don’t mind the black line - I’m not certain if that part is repeating - but the holo treatment was supposed to line up with the description box and dividing lines for weakness and retreat. It doesn’t. It’s probably one of the top Cinccino cards and made for one of the most troll decks ever when it was in rotation .

Hailing from Paldean Fates is an unlikely but spicy error: Capsakid 106/91 has a repeating roaming white dot error. The white dot seems to move across the card; likely a small droplet of water in the printing process.
