Hello, I have sent some cards from my PWCC vault to my friend’s US address, but today it got delivered to an unknown person who is not my friend or any doorman. Do you know how PWCC insurance works? The entire value was more than 1400$ and it was insured considering that value, is PWCC responsible about the insurance cost or it would be Fedex? Any help is really appreciated
