Pokemon Illustration Mag: Authentication of Hand-Cut Cards?

Hey!
As many of you know, there was an illustration magazine in Japan that had a special Pokémon edition recently.
The magazine featured very unique “concept cards” that we found out will not be released.

But!
All of the cards are printed in the magazine. This got me thinking about all of the vintage sports cards that were distributed in different ways like cereal boxes or magazines, that requires to be hand-cut by the owner. And most of these will actually be authenticated by companies like PSA, as long as it fits their holder.

Do you think there’s any way for us to get these cards authenticated by PSA?
If anyone has the time it would be very appreciated if you wanted to help and submit a research request at PSA for this

Better luck with BGS. They grade more of the non TCG stuff (poker cards etc)

I think most of the cards that required you to cut them out were intended to be cut out as cards. These are not intended to be cut out and they are much smaller than normal cards while being on slightly thicker paper than printer paper. I don’t think there is a chance that any larger grading company will grade them. You might have a small chance of getting them encapsulated through PSAs custom encapsulation which is temporarily unavailable, but even if it was they still might not encapsulate them. I think these look great in the book and if you have the pages cut out, then they would look great framed and hung on the wall.
