Is there any confirmation or rumors as to whether there will be a 30th creatures deck?
None
PokéBeach posted its article about the 25th Creatures Deck on December 27, 2021 - long after 25th Anniversary Collection / Celebrations released. So we likely won’t know anything about it until it’s distributed

Pokémon League prizes are getting an update soon! Play! Pokémon Stores can expect to receive new Pokémon League Kits from late July to early August. These updated Pokémon League Kits will feature a new wave of sticker sheets, player activity tracking posters and avatar stickers, acrylic standees, and a brand-new activity where attendees can show off their favorite Pokémon on an oversize card.
