I sold a Dark Persian today and payapl put the payment on hold for 72 hours with the message “We’ve temporarily put this payment on hold while we verify that it complies with regulatory requirements.” I’ve never had this happen before on any of my ebay transactions so did some googling. Come to find out paypal does this on lots of items with “Persian” in the name for some reason… Has this happened to anyone else?
Sold many Persians but never had that happen.

I’ve had it happen all my “Dark” P’s. Sold 4-5 and it happened on all when I put the description in Paypal. Always clears.
I get that message sometimes as well (“We’ve temporarily put this payment on hold while we verify that it complies with regulatory requirements.”). I’ve had it a few times with both items I bought, and one time when I sold an item. Never with a Persian, though. I primarily buy Pikachus. 
And I primarily have it when I buy a card privately through FB or IG.

Someone (maybe Ludkins?) had this problem not so long ago - from what I recall, PayPal was concerned that animals were being sold online?
That is what happens when you are selling Persian Empire antics through Paypal, man xD
