What causes this to happen? Bought a lot of older cards from eBay and the holos all have this water droplet look all over the card to varying degrees. I’m guessing it’s something to do with the Holo pattern, but do all holos end up look this way?
That is simply the holo pattern bleeding through the card. Somewhat common for that era.
