Only just saw this thread. I won that card, and I bid quite a bit more than I won it for. This isn’t intended to be a flex on OP or anything I just wanted to share the details

There are 9 No. 2 Boy Trainer from the 2000 WC TMB, yes. But most people would not consider there to be 9 total of this style card since there are other tournaments which, while they have the text differences, the art is the same. For example there may be 6 No. 1 Trainer World Champion full art 2019, but the distribution of cards with that art is 30 something iirc. Likewise there are a total of 51 No. 2 Boy Trainer old back 2000-2001 and 51 No. 2 Boy Trainer E-reader 2002.

Thanks! That’s primarily what I was looking for. I did understand the shared art thing, but even at 51 or 102, it’s plenty rare for my liking. Thanks again for sharing all the info, it’s super helpful

Also IIRC The PSA7 in auction were also mislabeled?

@serpintaxt, it is a great card! I hardly think it would be considered “overpaying” to get a BGS 9++ for 10% more the cost of a PSA 7 which was confirmed paid for.
