Those jumbo cards are cool, but I really hope its either a mash of jungle, fossil and team rocket or Neo set mash for the anniversary set.

That looks like the mcdonalds holo pattern. Could be true.
As for the jumbos and the jumbo binder, they look cool and I will for sure try to add them into my collection if all rumors are true.
Unless they reprint the Japanese Vending or VS sets in English I have zero interest for any other reprints.

Anything that is Pokemon.com / Pokemon Center exclusive is a terrible product and only caters to the US market. European, South American, Aussie collectors all are of no interest to TCPI

Wake me up when they announce some good Japanese promo’s

Of everything announced so far, I’m mostly excited about the Levis collaboration!
There’s a sentence I never thought I’d say.

When have these markets be of interest to TCPI (i am from those markets)?
Couldn’t you say this about the Japanese Pokemon Center exclusives? I eat that stuff up and go through a bunch of hoops to get the products… So I wouldn’t necessarily say people aren’t interested in region exclusive products.
Hold on… I read that as if external collectors were not interested rather than TCPI not interested in external collectors…

I can’t wait! 20th anniversary was so good it brought me back into the hobby. Now having Pokémon as a big part of my life and being a part of the 25th will make it that much more special.
Anticipation of anniversary event rather than stumbling into it. Will be nice to see the other side of the coin!

The Vmax zard looks like SV107 out of SV122. I wonder how many are full arts but the SV is def bigger than hidden fates.

No, no. I really meant it as if product X is only available on Pokemon.com and not available on alternative ways outside the US than the whole 25th Anniversary is a failure. Pokemon.com is totally country locked for anyone outside North America and you really have to dip into middleman services to get the same product, for 300% the price. I was okay with certain product being NA only (like the XY-series boxes with the figurine in it, other regions only got the key chain or pin) because the promo-card is still available for reasonable pricing.
Japanese Pokémon Center are different, their product is not catered at the non-Japanese market. While product at Pokemon.com or the US Pokémon Center IS for the non-Japanese market. Europe still doesn’t have a Pokémon Center, nor official website. And if we do get it, shipping will be crazy because TCPI won’t have the logistics to setup 5 different warehouses to make sure Timmy doesn’t pick the French packs for someone ordering from Germany.
Either way, I already said in an other topic that I predict the 25th Anniversary product to be full with Charizards and Pikachus because those bring in the $$$. Be ready for 4 or more full art rainbow rare of each. Or, because it is still TCPI; just an English print of Shiny V with worse pull rates.

Can’t help with the source, but regarding the non-Holo part: the last two French McDonald’s sets that were released in France were separated from the other languages, and contained both non-Holo and McDonald’s Holofoil cards. They also contained more cards than the other McDonald’s set: 40 - or 80 if you count both version - instead of 12.

So it’s plausible the same applies to these 25-stamped cards regarding the non-Holo cards, since they’re in French.
Then again, these came from US-printed products, so I would assume these French cards were intended as Canadian releases, which did have the regular 12-set McDonald’s cards in French, instead of the 40-card versions. So in that regard it’s still a bit odd indeed.
(Below a preview of my upcoming French part of my ‘Pikachu around the World’ series.
)
These two above are from the French McDonald’s 2018 set, one McDonald’s Reverse Holo and one non-Holo, both numbered 17/40.
The first two are from the French McDonald’s 2019 set, in McDonald’s Holofoil and non-Holo, numbered 20/40. And the third one on the right is from the regular McDonald’s 2019 set (numbered 6/12), for which this French version was released in the French-speaking regions of Canada and Belgium.

Just to add clarity, the 25th binder + jumbo packs is definitely not exclusively pokemon.com , I was able to put an order in with the distributor yesterday, so all TCG stores + brick and mortar stores should have it. So hopefully you can get it easily
Can’t wait for the next snap competition!
