  2. don’t transfer your Pokemon that have a 3 star appraisal. focus on leveling these up since they have strong “secret” stats

  3. spinning stops at gyms that are the same color as your chosen team will give you extra rewards

  4. learn how to quick catch on YouTube

  5. share gifts w/ your friends daily to get extra rewards
