I’m considering picking up a psa graded noble victories Meowth. It’s secret rare 102/101. My question is if this Meowth is considered “shiny” or is it its normal color? I can’t tell.

I can’t tell either and I have 2 psa 10 copies of the card lol. They look the same as the regular meowth.
It’s normal colour. Just like the Pikachu SR of BW.
