Nish's Collection - Complete ULED WCP

Big update time  I’m super happy right now because I’ve actuallycompleted a goal I set, even if it is small and ez.

I present, my Mizue illustrator collection. She’s my favorite illustrator in the Pokemon world so a while back I decided that I would collect as much of her art as I could. My specific goals were to prioritize non holo and reverse holos over regular holos, as to not obstruct the art as much as possible, and I picked up the English versions of the cards when possible (there are still some Japanese exclusives, as well as some English exclusives so I could not have gone 100% either way). The cards are organized in chronological release order, starting in 2011 with Black and White, and going up to 2021 with Shining Fates.

Lastly I would like to apologize for the photo quality… I really did try to take the best photos I could but I’m extremely limited by my only current camera, my phones camera… from the galaxy S5. It pains me so much to have toaster quality photos of such a nice collection, trust me. If you see a card that you’d like a better picture of just let me know and I’d be more than happy to do a better single shot
You can right click > open image in new tab to see a slightly better version of the binder photos…

I didn’t just stop at the TCG though, I went after her other officially published Pokemon illustrations too.

Firstly, the Pokeka spring card that I made my last post about

One of the Kanazawa opening promo artwork cards was also illustrated by Mizue

there were some Pokemon Center sleeves (and card box) that she illustrated

and lastly, I found out that she was the head of the 2019 Pokemon Frosty Christmas celebration/promotion so I got a bunch of the merch from that too  I know that there’s still several pieces I don’t have, like the pencil case, phone case, etc. but they just reuse the same art that is printed on the folder but cropped differently so I’m not too worried about it. There’s also all of the acrylic keychains, and plushies that I don’t have but I’m not a big plushie fan :zipper_mouth_face:

Here’s a total picture of all of the winter stuff. From left to right:
Advent Calendar, Snow globe (and snow globe box), sealed acrylic keychain, sheet of bubble stickers, and A4 sized folder with little star glitter pieces

open advent calendar, it’s super cool

and a better pic of the snow globe cause I just think it’s super cool lmao. With the folder as the background you can see some of the star glitter too
