I am new to the graded card scene and was looking for some community feedback on if i should grade these cards.

These are the grades I think the cards SHOULD get. What they actually receive is a different story 
Shining Gyarados: PSA 8.5 NM-Mint to 9 MINT
Shining Charizard: PSA 8 NM-Mint to 8.5 NM-Mint +
Alakazam Gold Star: PSA 8.5
Dark Tyranitar: PSA 9 Mint
The photos don’t show much surface wear, but that could be an aspect of the low light photographs. Overall they appear to be very clean cards.
