New Collector Looking to Start buying!

Hi everyone - I’m new to collecting PSA Pokemon cards and have done my research. I think I have decided to start with some of my favorites and branch out from there. Always looking for advice on collecting and where the best deals are! Hopefully I can start my journey here!
Looking for PSA 9 or 10 of the following:
(Don’t think I want to collect anything less at the moment)

  • Edition - Name - Set

  • 1st Ed - Houndoom - Neo Revelation

  • 1st Ed - Blaine’s Arcanine - Gym Challenge

  • 1st Ed - Typhlosion - Neo Genesis

Anything 1st Edition from Neo Genesis, Neo Discovery, and Neo Revelation I think is where I want to start. Base set is probably too pricey for me at the moment as well as the Shinings which are my other favorites. Let me know what you have though and see if we can work a deal?!
