I would be a bit nervous using just penny sleeves if I have his 2 Psyduck and some other rare promos

The Masaki promo is even in the binder It’s a binder, and most cards are binder card quality. Any I thought that I wanted to preserve, I graded or replaced with binder copies ( granted this was a while ago so easier to do) It would drive me nuts to have the empty slots or need to deal with the weight and bulk of a top loader binder.
