Should of just changed his typing to dragon/fairy like altaria. If they were going for the dragonair connection then a change of color would be in order. A fan changed up the coloring a lot and the artwork was much less offensive
The horn kinda looks like a crystal, almost like jewelry. Very feminine design throughout
