So I read about this in a previous thread that this is the company that stocks Walmart’s and targets with Pokémon merchandise. My first question is, is that correct? Following that, my first day as an overnight stocker at Walmart happened yesterday so I’m trying to figure out the best times of day and how often they come to stock the store. I tried asking my new managers but they had no idea. So is there a certain time of day they come to stock? Do they come every second Wednesday or every 10 days, something weird like that, or is it more like every day or every other day? If you are aware of this company and have other useful information about them I’d love to know it too.

Thanks in advance,
Mjisaacs

From my experience, that is the company that stocks all my local walmarts and targets (Philadelphia burbs). From my experience each walmart/target either restocks on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The times of those restocks vary based on the vendors route for that day.

When I worked in Loss Prevention for Kmart back in college, there was a locked “vendor cage” that the vendors would stock and Kmart would be responsible for restocking. There was a schedule of release dates attached to the cage. For our store, Loss Prevention was in charge of restocking TCG products due to it being a highly stolen item. Not sure if this is a common practice for other stores or if it was a Kmart exclusive thing.

I know that my local stores are stocked by Excell Marketing as the distributor for Pokemon and sports cards.

Rudy on Alpha Investments brings up MJ Holdings all the time as the big walmart/target supplier. Specifically he and some other people bought their whole stock of Ikoria collectors blisters since so many were being stolen from the big stores they got pulled off shelves. Thats about all I know about them, but according to him that is the supplier for those stores.
