I thought you had to have part of another card showing for miscuts to be worth more, anything else is usually worth less. That is how it is in MTG. But I am not a collectors of miscuts so not an expert or anything.
if its MC enough to get the potential grade, even if it just has the alignment dots showing, or its messed up on both axis’, then it will usually up the value for miscut collectors.
its OC, theres no way it can be miscut? I dont understand what you want to know ha. missing a border completely would most likely be miscut, not 100% however I wouldnt suggest buying this card to crack the case and cut it for a mc regrade. up to you though.

I think this particular card is just borderline OC if you check the examples on the PSA guide. But I think since a yellow border is still showing on the top is the reason why it got the OC marker and not the MC marker.
