The first sale at $48k feels inflated, it was the first PSA 10 to hit the public market that I know of. This lot price seems more realistic. $40k for Eevee and $5k each for the other 2 cards.
The first PSA 9 Eevee to hit the market went for $26.5k. Then subsequent copies sold for $18k and $18k.

Maybe more people are finally wising up past just the grade, and looking at conditional rarity more. Iirc the last 9 you showed me I wasnt happy with, but I beleive it sold for 18. I still hope you can find one at a good price. Ill never own it.

Correct, one of the 9s did not look like a 9. The other 9 was an accurate grade
problem might be trying to get rid of it for the same 48k coz a lot of stuff esp jp seems to be down in the last 5 months
