I’ve never seen it before, but it’s not something that would add value to the card either. In my experience these defects make cards harder to sell because people would prefer one without the defect.

Here is another one, bought from @pokemonrevolution in 2016. Funny enough I paid attention to that specific part only after receiving the card in hand.
