Any worth in holding onto these and selling later? Or are they generally not worthwhile. I have a sealed totodile + alolan diglett holo 9/12
They were prob mass produced but they week distributed weekly so there’s a possibility alot of people missed out and then binned the rest
Toys, almost certainly not.
The cards? Based on my experience (sample size=1) the cards are mangled by the toys. If you have a gem mint copy it may hold some value?
I’m not rushing out to McDonald’s to collect them all though…

Some of the cards come with a piece of cardboard backing them but not all of them for whatever reason. I doubt you’ll find any cards worthy of being graded, not in my experience. I got a ton of the 2014 McDonald’s toys and most of them were folding, bending, etc.
