@viperfox definitely enjoys this card! It is going to be a part of a Mega Lucario Fighting Box, not from packs The Fighting Box is similar to the Elite Trainer Boxes that are out for English TCG, only in Japan they will come with 8 booster packs, a few trainers (2x Strong Energy, 1x Tierno and 1x Shauna) as well as 10 fighting energy. Rising Fist is around the corner, so expect another few COTW to feature cards in that set!
