and a wierd one is a Magmar, it looks like a GOLD and i can’t find it anywhere online
do you guys have any idea ?
am i overreact or it could be rare ?

These were a pretty common fake back at the height of Pokemon fandom. So there are quite a few of them around.
Any card which has a bottom border like that with this kind of shine is a fake, all english cards have a yellow border apart from full arts, Ex’s, team plasma cards, hgss era cards and world championship cards iirc.
