The newest card in a recently back submission was an Urza’s Destiny Academy Rector Foil. I know we have some folks here into them. I’d like to get an appx value for it. Yes, I know there’s no other ones in 10 which is why I’m asking for opinions.

There’s a Becket 9.5 on sale on ebay for $5k.
I know MTG collectors do tend to value Becket over PSA due to their perceived stricter grading, so you’re probably looking at something in the $6k-$8k range.
Bear in mind that the Vintage MTG market is in a downward trend and prices have more than halved since their 2018 peak, so you may also want to consider whether to sell quickly to avoid further devaluation or wait for a rebound.

The last 9.5 (basic) that sold that I know of went for 2.3k if I recall correctly (already a few months back on FB). From my selling experience, most MTG graded collectors prefer BGS over PSA, which also reflects in value. There is a few exceptions, like alpha psa 10 collectors, but in general a PSA 10 scores somewhat around the ballpark of a basic 9.5, quad 9.5 already brings a premium most of the time over a PSA 10. That being said, you just need to find one single person who values it differently, as you have literally a monopoly. So my advice would be to not sell it under 2.5kish and see what kind of offers are coming in in a longer period of time 
Wow, great advice guys. Honestly, I had no idea it had that kind of value. I collected almost all the 1990s sets straight from boxes into binders and should maybe start digging through them. They are near complete and all mint (not many Alpha or Beta though:(. Many years ago I took the best card from each set and graded and sold them. I should still have some of the 2nd and 3rd best cards though.
