Whenever I see singles I need that TCA is selling, I always buy from him. Even if its .05 cents - $5 more, just because I know the card will arrive exactly as shown and quickly.
I bought from this guy 6 months ago,I asked if he could give me free postage, personal delivery to my door with a box of chocs and 59% discount on final price…He declined 
so I just ordered a psa 11 shining charizard 1st edition neo discovery quad star rarity for £1000.1 …when it arrived I opened the parcel and to my surprices there was a rather abusive note with a cello-taped and stapled fake pikachu reverse holo shiny from son and moo >.<
I emailed him to ask wth!? where is my card blud…
his reply was simply
"No Pic, No proof, screw you

Do not trust…I tried to get discounts and use amazon gift cards for his ebay store…but he only offered free postage and fair prices.

I don’t know where the heck that came from, but it was hilarious.
I always buy from more reputable sellers, gives me more assurance. Like said above, doesn’t really matter to me if its up to 5$ more. It’s scary to me to think of people not packaging items well at this point, too many horror stories from binders and bulk too.
