Good luck finding it! By any chance has he considered a 9, or sealed copy to save some money? A 10 will set him back thousands for one of the same quality.

He is capable for it he has gold star rayquaza in psa 10 ,crystal zard 10 and ,Gold star Charizard in 10 also with many other big op and pokémon grails so he okay with paying he is cha ching
