I’m the same way. I use a color changing light as well to shift to warmer tones at night to help me chill. I do notice a vagal response (headaches, increased eye fatigue) when I have a lot of blue light in my face for several hours. Had an eye problem several years ago and have noticed ever since only in that eye.

Dark everything is the correct answer for us night owls

If you use Light Mode then please think twice before talking to me.

Dark mode, but of course with the Seviper Palette, which I actually quite like even if it wasn’t Seviper, with the yellow on black.

Thanks to this thread I didn’t realize you could change from light to dark mode. I am now dark mode all the way.

To give an even more in-depth answer: I use efour in light mode, terminal in light mode, email in dark mode, Discord in dark mode, and VSCode in dark mode… I wish I could say it was consistent, or that I had good reasoning
