Time for the Skarmory update. After a while, I finally have a decently sized update on Skamroy. This time, I managed to knock out a decent amount of French cards out, and even found a Korean one on Ebay. Really excited about the progress. Lots to go still, including getting a binder still, but it’s fun(The card in the second photo isn’t special or anything. I just forgot to include it in the picture lol).

So time for the next update. Had these for a bit, but got caught up in the Skarmory haul and forgot to post them. Whoops.
First up, the 2019 World Championship cards. Managed to get all these in a lot for pretty cheap because 2 of them apparently have “water damage”. I mean there’s some very slight warping but nothing obvious, especially for a binder. I think they might have straightened out already. Just missing the Portuguese, Japanese, and English versions. And the staff. I really don’t think I’ll be able to get the Top 32, 16 or high cards. Even if I wanted to.
Up next, two minor cards. The final unlimited code for Golden Sky, Silver Ocean. I finally have all 8 Eevees. And the Karen world championship card.
Finally, another slab. I don’t care about slabs, and I only plan on owning the one CGC 6 I have so I’ll crack this open for the binder. Got it for cheaper than raw too so I’m happy. I suck at grading so idk what makes it an 8, but it looks good to me.

Nice little update this time. Got a mix of both Skarmory and Eeveelutions for this one.
I’ll start with the Skarmorys to keep the momentum there. Got a decent amount of Korean ones. Still missing a lot, especially the older ones, but I’m running out of places to look without a middleman. Either way, happy with his haul.
Up next, some more Eeveelutions. Got the new promos and a Hidden Fates Eevee. Picked up a French Umbreon because it was randomly really cheap when I picked up the others. Can’t complain about Umbreons.
Up next, some 25th Anniversary cards. I figured for special sets from here on out, I’d try to get all the languages. For now, that’s just Celebrations/25th Umbreon star and Dark Sylveon V and the soon to come Pokemon GO Eevees. Still confused why Japan and Korea randomly don’t have Dark Sylveon V, but my wallet is happy so that’s good.

I was wondering the same thing. I am holding out a little longer on picking up the Chinese Dark Sylveon V, just in case Japan decides to do a late release. Very odd that English and Chinese would have a release, but not Japanese.

I wonder if Japan will put in the various promos English got in their last set
@eeveeteam, I think it will come out eventually. As far as I know, the Indonesian and Chinese ones come from LGS/tournaments, so I’m guessing Japan is waiting for something similar before releasing it.
@thsigma, I think rather than sets, it’ll be tournament promos/gym cards. At least that seems to be how the other regions are handling stuff like Dark Sylveon V. They might put some in a set, but I don’t think they’ll do all of them.

Right. I just realized I haven’t updated it, even though I’ve been getting quite a bit of cards out of the way. Whoops. Oh well, I’ll just go ahead and dump what I’ve gotten in the meantime. Most of it is just the new Eeveelutions and a lot of the Skarmory cards (starting to get close to hitting 50% on that front).
First, the Eevees. Mainly the new stuff. The older stuff is a random German card, and 2 English cards. Nothing big really.
Same thing here really. Guess the big one is the Indonesian Glaceon GX. Took some months for my middleman to find it. Somehow, it’s the rarest of the Eeveelution GX cards. No idea why.
Still going for the “every language for special sets” challenge. Getting close on the gold star. Besides the originals… I’m just happy I finally got a nice holo of the Team Plasma card.
Time for the Skarmorys. Couple of the European cards. Almost all the Indonesian cards (just missing 1), and almost all the Portuguese cards (just missing 1 I think). Happy with the progress on this one. Still need to find someone with the Korean cards. Huge pain trying to get any Korean cards.

This oracle is different from the skyridge oracle I know. Is it a promo/tourney deck reprint?

That is a 2004 world champ deck reprint. There were 3 different decks it was featured in from that year. In total there are 7 unique Oracle cards in English and Japanese.

Fun little update today. All foreign cards for this one. Slowly starting to pick up the pace again on cards now that my car repairs are done. Thank you smog rules for making it so hard to keep a car on the road during backorders of emissions parts… Anyway
First up, I managed to score a lot of Chinese Eeveelutions. Can’t say no to cheap cards . Wish we got some of those artworks in English too.
Up next, to continue my goal of getting special set Eeveelutions in all languages, here’s some German and French ones
Now the one card that doesn’t really stand out here. Just the non holo version of the Umbreon V. Now I gotta find the English version of this. Maybe I should attend one of those events and get taught how to play the game for the card…
And back to the interesting stuff. Thanks to @eeveeteam for bringing my attention to this one. Wasn’t on my radar at all, but couldn’t pass up on unique color borders. The picture doesn’t do it justice really.
And lastly, my first Dutch card. Always wanted to have one just so I could have all the languages ever printed for Eeveelutions, but wasn’t a priority. But searching page after page of Eevee Jungle in the hopes of finding a reasonable price for the d misprint lead me to this. Happy about it. Still disappointed it’s not that elusive misprint. And dreading having to shift all but the first 3 cards in my binders… I never learn.

Nice pickups. Its cool to see some of the Chinese cards in non holo, where they are holo in Japanese, and not even released in English.

Time for another update. May have bought a little too much but oops. Someday I’ll actually stick to my budget. Guess this month was just a bunch of international stuff.
First up, some Indonesian cards. Went for some cards and my contact brought up a bunch of cards I hadn’t planned on getting and even threw in some cool extras.
Up next, some Korean cards. I really have to thank @eeveeteam for those and the Japanese cards in this post. Manages to find some insanely hard to find cards somehow.
Now the Japanese cards. Nice to knock some of these out. Especially the reverse holo and Sandstorm Espeon.
And now, some Thai cards. Gotta say, Thai script looks really cool, and makes the cards look amazing. Gotta get some more some time.
And some Chinese cards. Happy to get the randomly exclusive artworks for the V/VMAX cards.
And now some English cards. Feels like I’ve been slacking on the English side, but at least this completes the annoying code cards from that era for me.
And now, just a mashup of stuff that came in today. Really, really happy for the Pikachu and Champion’s Festiva. Awesome cards. Now all I need is the English and Staff cards from that Champions festival. Not even going to bother the Top 32 and rarer cards.

I do need to do that. And update with my lastest cards. But I need to have the willpower to shift literally every card in my binder for the error Eevee I got.
