Exactly they don’t have the same slogan. Whoever wrote that into his speech should be pulled aside.
Although, at least he pronounced Pokemon correctly. Again only applicable to the West though 
Also I’m pretty sure Pokemon has been trying to move away from ‘Gotta catch em all’ as a slogan, especially since Dexit
