Keiko Fukuyama Postcards (in progress...)

Which is the 9 Lawson’s?

Those ones OP identified in “1998 Set A”

I’m pretty certain I have some of these. They come in envelopes made of the same card stock as the postcards, right? I’m gonna have to look for mine.

Does anyone have a picture of what the 1998 Set A looks like when still in original packaging?

These are amazing. The art reminds me of simpler times.

Wow, these are beautiful.

I just made an account on here today, but in the past i used this post as a reference to hunt down this beautiful set.
I have it complete now and they’re some of my favourite pieces in my collection. Just wanna show some appreciation here

For all the cheapskates like myself, here you can find HQ scans of each of them: seiry-pkmn.tumblr.com/tagged/postcards

That way you can just print them out in postcard format and decorate your wall with them or actually send them to someone without having to worry about destroying historically significant collectibles

Is anyone able to help me search this on yahoo japan?

I cant find the correct japanese search words to bring up pokemon post cards.

Ive bought a some of fukuyama post cards off ebay and am going to buy the remaining ones which i want from yahoo japan, if i can locate them… -.- any help appreciated

ポケモン ポストカード

ポケモンカード ポストカード

You can use either of these. I don’t think any other than the Set B from 1999 are available on Yahoo JP atm though.

Thanks, and yes, it turns out youre right. Any leads on 1998 (A) Post card(s) is appreciated

Lawson’s postcards pop up once or twice per year from my experience, and they sell in an heartbit. If they’re bought outside Japan than good luck, I refused 200 usd for one Lawson postcard

1998 set A doesn’t exist I’ve been checking multiple times a day since February. Stop trying they aren’t even that good no one wants them.

Do you guys think these will ever be gradable by PSA or CGC or something?

I asked CGC and got a resounding no when I asked (think the person on their social media duties that day was having a bad one because I felt like I was getting told off for asking). This is annoying as well because CGC have graded other postcards but the reason (excuse) I was told at present why they are not able to grade pokemon postcards is because they do not have the holders for them ready to go and they don’t want to move their focus to developing new product lines/moulds for the cases they would need when they are focusing on just delivering the service they are offering for TCG at present. Oh well, I’ll ask them again in a year maybe.

PSA - who knows, they make it up as they go sometimes I’m sure of it.

BGS however do already grade postcards (they’ll grade anything at all), though the ones I have seen are lacking in info on the label. Here’s one by way of example:
