Sharing what i got as a christmas present from my wife as she made me alolan grimer and muk from hama beads and commissioned a t-shirt with the best muk artwork there is 
she asked me some time ago what my favourite card is and i was a bit confused as she usually doesn’t show that kind of interest towards my cards even though she does love pokemon too, but this was the reason and i bursted in laughter when i saw the shirt 
The hama beads had a fun story too as i also secretly made her something out of hama beads as a christmas present and i had taken all our supplies in my secret stash, she thought she was going crazy as she couldn’t find them and she couldn’t ask me about them so eventually she had to buy another set of hama beads and bases 
it isn’t easy to buy me any slime related gifts but she executed it very well!
Your choice of favorite Grimer and Muk would also match mine. What a sweet gift from your wife!

Not slime but wanted to show my gift for my wife and the piece that caused the hama bead absence, she collects barbie dolls and has her own display for them and i thought this could possibly look nice there

Grimer and Muk so so so cute and I’ve always loved it, I’m really glad someone out there loves the lil goopy guys enough to dedicate a lot of time and effort into collecting it! I’m really impressed with how much cards and stickers you have, I didn’t even know Grimer had this much to begin with!

Again it’s nice to see that people like what i’ve managed to collect i have a good bunch of stuff that i haven’t posted yet so i’m trying to make an update about the latest additions here soon-ish!

Out of curiosity though, for a beginner, how many Hama bead pieces do you usually need? My niece requested it for her birthday, but I’m a bit in the dark since I’m not the most crafty person..

It depends on what you are planning to make but usually the amount isn’t horrible, i usually count some sort of approximate amount of pixels from the image i’m trying to make if i remember correctly the barbie board was around 2000 beads but you can definitely make some nice art with smaller amount of beads

Just catching up with the updates! The range of colors on the 151 coins is so good. Reminds me of the range of colors for the metal figures 
The crafts here are super cute. The googly-eye Grimer is incredibly awesome (he looks like he’s ready to drop everything and party at any point in time). And the Muk was hilarious because it reminds me very much of a scrapped crochet Muk prototype I made:

The hama bead story of you and your wife is both heartwarming and funny Both pieces look great (I am surprised that the Barbie sign has 2000 beads though—seems like such a large number!)
That’s exactly where my mind compares the coins too, they are very similar to the metal figures! And i just recently found out that there’s a new set of colours for the coins so hoping to be able to add those too at some point 
I didn’t remember the bead amount that well, it was only around 1700 but nevertheless suprisingly big amount! Also, asking for a friend but how attached are you to that scrapped prototype muk 
If the next version ends up looking worse, maybe the prototype will become the final version
If the new set comes out, maybe you could give me a little notch. 
Got a bigger update mainly from items i bought at the end of last year. It’s a bigger one mainly since there was the Escape merch line release from pokemon center Japan that featured some slime too. My boy is mainly in a smaller role but the art is lovely and i happily bought all the cheaper end items from the line. Some items were really nice in hand but unfortunately the shirt that i would love to use was slightly too small for me and i’m not sure if i want to buy another bigger one, so the clothing part was bit of a miss since i don’t think i want to use the hat anywhere regarding slime the tin was the one item concentrating more on single pokemon and i bought multiple of those for storing purposes, only to realise how small the tin actually was nevertheless a lovely item and great at storing for example a single hama bead! I also have to give a special mention for the zipper where azumarill is chasing torchic as it’s absolutely hilarious.
After the Escape line few items that i’m probably too excited about, the two muk bandai kids mini cards are the two last variants i was missing from the regular prints, i am however missing the early print variant from pokemon kids 2 set of both grimer and muk that i have never seen but according to this wonderful resource should exist. But i’m happy to at least have every other variant now in my collection, the amount doesn’t even fit in full binder spread so there has been many to find! Also in the photo below them is another nice type of merch, a pan sticker of alolan muk, didn’t manage to find a matching alolan grimer but hoping to catch it at some point.
Then few bigger items. In the first photo the two gacha boards featuring grimer and muk that i was missing, i once had an opportunity to buy one of them but i then hesitated and missed it so it’s great to finally have this mini collection completed. And in the lower photo a sticker sheet from the hilarious tropical sweets merch line where alolan muk is featured as a popsicle, so obscure that i can’t not love every piece i manage to get from the merch line also next to the sheet a pokemon fan magazine featuring alolan grimer in the cover that i found from this excellent thread!
And then something super great! I couldn’t have been happier that the chinese 151 line that has given so much for grimer and muk also chose grimer as one of the figures since it makes a perfect display piece! It’s a bit pity that the finish of the figure is somewhat worn-out and i’m not sure if it’s on purpose to make it look similar to the card, but nevertheless a great and unique item regarding slime releases! I did place a regular japanese grimer card in it since i didn’t want to open the sealed chinese poke ball reverse card which is in the lower photo next to a miscut merlin muk sticker that @ratequaza kindly helped me to get.
And i did save the best for last again. I have an incredibly soft spot for small figures and i managed to get 4 new ones in one go! There was a new release where muk was included as a bath bomb figure, and in addition to that i got two new keshi figures and one new metal figure that both are in the absolute top of my favourite items and wants, the hype was real when i got them in hand! I’m not fully sure which colours even exist for either of those merch lines but at least for metal figures there should only be a handful of missing ones, so every new one is an absolute treat. The different colours of these figures next to each others are the most concrete form of slime army and something i just love to see exist and grow.

A small update, some new items and one i forgot from the previous batch. First a small lot with chinese coin boxes, sealed muk and a merlin sticker with grimer. The sealed muk is from an extra coin box i opened as i wanted a matching sealed muk to go with the grimer that came with the chinese 151 figure i showed in previous update. I also missed the previous coin boxes so if anyone bumps into ones with purple borders instead of the yellow ones hit me up! The merlin sticker is interesting as there’s a good bunch of different variations of the pokemon included in the same sticker so will try to see how many different ones i can find in future.
Then the one i forgot in my previous post, a pokemon fit tote bag. I actually bought multiple ones of these to get one in daily use but unfortunately the sellers cancelled the others except this one.
And finally a vhett shield with art i commissioned from @HumanForScale for my cosmos foil fossil muk to showcase and highlight it in a proper way 
display evolving in quite nice way! He also included a very cool signed card!
An important update as my daughter drew grimer and muk in a birthday card she made for me, a defining piece in slime army. She was very thorough that one of them has two hands up and the other only one hand
