Jopo's slime army

Awesome to read buddy! Super happy for you that you could continue building your army, they really could not have gone to a better collector. That Muk artwork is really something special and one of a kind. Thanks for sharing this update and your thoughts.

Cheers!

Wow, huge congrats! I was sure that a least one of those would have ended in your possession, and I’m happy to see them leading the purple army!

Absolute insanity, my friend. I’m so thrilled for you to have gotten both cards! This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime achievement for a collector, and your amazing collection now includes two incredibly beautiful and historically significant items to complete your journey. May they bring a smile to your face every time you look at them.

I’m also really glad you had the support of such wonderful people to handle the challenges of actually getting them to your place. It’s priceless to have such great folks around you.

Best,
orannge

Incredible that you managed to snag them both. You’ve achieved something very few species collectors ever will, and it’s only right that these two landed with you.

Very fitting additions to the slime army :slightly_smiling_face: A big congrats to you for acquiring these unique pieces of history and also unique pieces for the collection. As others have stated, the Grimer and Muk couldn’t have gone to a more appropriate collector!

This is awesome Joponnes! Funny how the things that we collect for pleasure can end up giving us the most stress. Congratulations!

I noticed you have 4 english versions of the EX Dragon Grimer and the Team Rocket returns Grimer(3 non-reverses and 1 reverse), what’s the difference between them all?

Some of the EX era sets have different codes at the bottom-left for the non-holo Commons; Uncommons; and Energy cards. For Commons it’s usually three codes in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese and four codes in Japanese. And for Uncommons and Energy cards it depends on the set, but it’s usually two different codes.

They don’t really make it easy for species collectors with all the variants

Here they are happily sitting next to each others in my display. Being able to see them in my living room and take a glance at them whenever i want compared to them being in a closet where i stored them before i got their stands makes them even more precious for me. I absolutely love the looks and the athmosphere of them
