I believe these are the only unique artwork cards with no english counterpart post 2002.

Not that I know of. Korean, Chinese, Dutch, Polish and Portuguese are the ones lacking McDonald’s promos. English, Japanese, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Russian do have at least one McDonald’s promo set.
