Japanese ANA Pikachu and Larvitar Counterfeit?

Hi all, recently purchased Japanese ANA Pikachu and Larvitar off of Mercari and finally received them today. However, they looked and felt a bit odd, and was wondering if the following are normal:

  1. The gold border on the back seems to be brighter and thicker than newer modern cards (such as the SM-P promos)
  2. The cardboard stock feels thinner, more flimsy
  3. The dark ink seems lighter and thinner when compared to modern cards

Other than the fact that the Pikachu should be on the left and Larvitar should be on the right in the pouches, I don’t see anything wrong here.
