Is this oc enough to get the OC grade?

So ye, is this card oc enough to get the OC grade? Are there actual certain rules that dictate what gets the oc grade or is it just up to the grader?

Not enough to get OC personally, I would say

Agreed. Not quite enough for OC.

Take it out of the card saver, do a 1200-1600 dpi scan.
Zoom in on pixel level and just count pixels on the yellow border. If they not if they are not 40/60 you not go an OC. But you’ll lose a grade due to it not being center enough.

It’s a close one, but I think it wont be an OC
