I messaged him asking if the card was graded and he said yes so I’m left a little confused…so I can have the card with or without the case? How does that work lol
Ask him for a pic with “charizard” written on a piece of paper on top of the card.
Yeah thats the normal thing to do these days… take your ‘psa graded’ card out and sell it like that but you get the case as a freebie on the side 
I spoke to this guy as well, he said he had taken it out of the case a few times. I explained that the case would need to be shattered to remove it and he said he meant the plastic wallet - I just left it at that.
A few days ago i asked this seller for the same thing and he just harassed me for asking so lol, dont worry i left him some lovely feedback
