Is this even possible without being resealed?

Have never seen something like this before on a sealed card. This Machamp is completely sealed (really doesn’t look tampered, but I didn’t spend too long looking at it) came from an opened 2-player deck, and it contained sealed contents. Its clearly a deep cut/scratch, I can feel it pretty easily through the plastic. Is this even possible or just a reseal? I feel like something is going on, since its not even a straight line…

Thoughts?

It really wouldn’t be worth the time resealing a machamp tbh

I wouldn’t think so either, I mean it was shadowless, but its still very odd.

Manufacture fault maybe, then sealed?

Potentially, just strange its not a straight line like a cutter would cause.
