My best bet is it’s fake. Look around at all the fonts on this PSA graded card from D&A.
Look at the Mega Evolution Rule font difference. the bottom right has a 2014 copyright date… lots of differences.

It’s fake. Font is off, holo is wrong/nonexistent, as mentioned above the copyright should be 2014 not 2016. It is also labeled 108/106 (secret rare) however it does not have the gold Japanese lettering the secret rares came with.

font 100% incorrect, if you look at more cards eventually you’ll notice it automatically!

Easiest way to tell is to put it next to a real card, the shades of blue on the back will not match up.
Forgers have the hardest time getting it right.
