It’s real. In the old “foil square” case from pre 2000.

It seems cheap compared to the other prices I see at the moment. Though I wonder how it’s even that high when there’s 500 of them in the POP report.

I would say that the amount of those cards available would ->usually<- be a pretty big factor in the price.

Pop is generally only a factor when it’s extremely low. Like one or two. Other then that it doesn’t have much of an effect on price.
A lot of people collect based on low pops, and it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. Most cards of some value will end up with a higher population at some point. Don’t let people exaggerate its importance to you.
