I just purchased a PSA 9 Dragonite movie promo and noticed afterwards that there looks like a black dot on the psa label. Not sure if this is an ink do/spot on the label and if it is, is it normal?
Do you have the card in hand?
It might just be a spec on the scanner bed rather than on the label. The cert is too old to be a PSA scan (unless it was reholdered, which this one isn’t), so the scan is likely from the seller.
I do not have it in hand yet. Just bought it yesterday on eBay. I have seen some ink dots on psa labels in the past but not sure I’ve seen one this big or noticeable if it is an ink spot.
Not common, but also not something to worry about. I hope that you enjoy your new Dragonite!
