I’m in talks to buy these cards from an Indonesian tournament but don’t wanna get ripped off can someone give me insight as to the value or rarity of the cards ?

I have a middleman in Indonesia and I know the price of them , the local price are around 80$-100$ dollar each. Of course without middleman you can’t find for that price. If you want buy them from reseller, I would say not to pay more than x2.5.

I agree. When I got these cards from my middleman they were just out and I think I got them for $110 each or something like that. As far as rarity goes, they’re tournament cards so they’re not the most common, but not hard to find some for sale either.
