Today i pulled some miscut Russian cards. Is that gradable? I have more, but that ones are the best i think

I dont think it qualifies as a miscut for grading unless art is cut off, even offcenter would be if an alignment dot is showing. I think this would be poor centering.

Agreed, just poor centering.
