It sounds like they don’t know what they purchased. I’ve sold over 100 of these with no problem, they bought 3.
Let me know,

And yes they are all sealed lol.
For $15 just give them the refund and be done with the morons. Your sanity is not worth $15 and youll be protected by ebay on the feedback. Post the name so people here can block as well
The last sentence is blatant feedback extortion, so any feedback they leave can be removed by ebay. Just ask them to file a INAD and they’ll be required to return the item.
Easy feedback extortion case. Because they state they want a refund AND won’t return the item AND will leave negative if you don’t comply eBay will side with you. I would not worry one bit if they do leave negative call eBay.
done and done

Thanks for the responses guys. I’ll tell him to open a case and I’ll accept return. Block this loser
Also worth noting. Why would a 5-year-old be “confused and upset” when opening these if they don’t contain pokeball and a card?
I wouldn’t worry about it at all. You should demand that they return the item and if they dont then I’d let ebay handle it because once somebody threatens you with negative feed back it’s a slam dunk that ebay will remove it for you. Classic feedback extortion example.
Lmao I think the buyer is the 5-year old in this case
Wow, reading that actually makes my blood boil. Please update us with whatever happens lol.
Not sure if it’s possible to restrict buyers to having a certain amount of eBay reputation, as this user seemed to have 7 ~
They can’t just keep the item and get a refund, the fact that they’ve actually stated that’s what they’re gonna do is a point in your favor to get any negs removed. Make them open a proper return case, when they don’t return and neg you eBay will remove it.
Make sure you fill us in on how this turns out lol.
PokeKaren!
Yes, you can dispute this, get the reviews removed, keep the 15 bucks. But your time is money. I personally wouldn’t want to deal with the time consumption.
This is like the other dude dealing with some cheapskate that didn’t want to pay $11 in shipping fees. Give them what they want and block them. Some people are scummy, others are just desperate. For $15, maybe you’ve made their day. You certainly won’t have to deal with them ever again. Money well spent.
That stuck out to me too. I wonder if they somehow thought these toys were the recent McDonald’s toys that came with a card and Pokeball disk launcher? It made me mad to read the bit about accusing the seller of resealing these just because the buyer didn’t know what they were buying to begin with.
Dont refund at all you can erase his feedback because it is extortion.
Can you imagine a world where eBay actually enforced payments on auctions and used reasonable means to snuff out these terrible users in its ecosystem? God, what a world that’d be…
I would have shown them the gold plated cards they thought they were buying and were idiots for not doing their research well enough.
I hope you just refunded and keep up on your positive business. It is not worth negative feedback for a couple bucks. Remember, if they are that pissed over $15.00, they have bigger problems and not worth the opportunity to have that bleed over on you
