Wanted to see if anyone has had experience grading a card with this “chip”. This is the only flaw I can find on the card and wondering if it’s worth the express service cost. It’s barely noticeable but it’s there. It’s one of my last 2 cards I need for a full 9 graded Masaki set so hoping it could pull a 9. I know it’s speculation but how hard are PSA dinging cards for something this small?
