How does PSA deal with this typically?

Barring an otherwise 10-worthy card how does PSA typically handle small ink defects (i.e. not being laid down in small spots)? Sorry for glare.

That seems to have a few holo scatches as well? Unsure on the dots…

No scratches. It’s in a card saver

As long it not that noticeable. It should be fine. That how my reverse holo skyridge Kadabra got a 10. Will upload pictures when I get home.
