How do you value Pokemon cards when none have been sold?

I have this problem with two cards, PSA 9 Latias Star, and a PSA 3 Latios Star. I am not selling them, but trying to find out what they are worth, but there are no sold listing on Ebay. How should I find out their value? Thanks

The PSA 3 could be priced close to a played raw card

Prices for cards like that aren’t too difficult to figure out.

The real difficult ones are the PSA 10 POP 1s :wink:
