@yz2428 you can find those little holders on ebay, they come in packs of 5 or 10 and they are usually very cheap. Don’t hide your cards 😉 !!! ---

omg… that shelf! @xzini love it! so vibrant and colourful 😊 gosh. i love seeing peoples collections so much!! like on facebook and forums / insta etc… so gorgeous. I promise to show my collection here one day… T.T Also, @jjnoriega is that your work desk? it’s so epic, wish i had an office like that. Also,@ssjc your display near the tv like that is how i had some graded games / consoles before. looks really nice and clean. ---

Looks cool spinch, do you worry about cards fading from light exposure? I’ve always worried about that and just leave mine in the safe (also for security). ---

Well I actually never open that window. It was just for the photo haha. So it would only be artificial light 99% of the time. The clear screen is UV protected too (penzonni displays on eBay) so hopefully that adds some more protection. But yeh I would worry about fading (especially considering how much some of them may be worth) but apparently artificial light doesn’t make too much difference… ---

Most of those 50 card cases on eBay like [this one](http://www.ebay.com/itm/50-Card-Display-Case-Deep-for-Graded-Cards-PSA-Beckett-/330583311178?hash=item4cf84d034a:g:6tMAAMXQWlFRxHnK) claim to be 100% UV protected. I find that highly suspect, but that is their claim at least. I probably will end up buying one in the next few months and will have to test the claim with my black light flashlight. I wonder how reasonable of a test that actually would be… ---

I guess I’m only exposing it to artificial light (besides for that photo) so as long as that doesn’t fade the cards then I’m happy. From my research artificial light is ok. Does anyone know anything more on that? Oh yeh you should and let us know the results 👍 ---

I have so many awesome ideas for ways/places to display my cards. But I have an intense case of paranoia towards them being “exposed”. 😔 ---

The sun emits a high intensity of UV light so definitely avoid sunlight wherever possible. Fluorescent lighting also releases a lot of UV. I looked up some companies that makes frames like this claiming 100% UV protection. This is ludicrous. Even museum level glass can’t claim much better than 99%. If you want the best possible protection, look for glass that passes the international standard ISO 18902:2007 (97% UV blocking). From the little bit of research I’ve done on this, it seems that pretty much no matter what you do, things will fade/get damaged over time. The goal is to try to make the damage happen as slow as possible so that fading will happen over multiple lifetimes instead of years. Restricting natural light/fluorescent light and buying some type of UV protective glass is probably sufficient for your lifetime. ---
